I don’t believe people are broken. I believe most people are living from beliefs they never consciously chose, beliefs formed early, reinforced repeatedly, and eventually accepted as truth.

Over time those beliefs stop feeling like ideas. They begin to feel like identity. What we call “personality” is often conditioning. What we call “limits” are often assumptions we stopped questioning.
